Connect UptimeGuard with Your Favorite Tools
Ship uptime alerts to the platforms your team already uses — Telegram, Slack, Discord, Bitrix24, Jira, and more. Zero configuration overhead, instant webhook delivery.
Popular Integrations
Set up a connection in under two minutes. Each integration supports custom alert templates, quiet hours, and per-channel routing.
Telegram
Send downtime and recovery notifications to any Telegram group or channel. Supports bot-to-bot forwarding and inline buttons linking directly to the incident dashboard at app.uptimeguard.io/incidents.
Slack
Post structured alert messages to Slack channels with color-coded severity blocks, incident timestamps, and one-click escalation links. Compatible with Slack's incoming webhooks and the UptimeGuard OAuth app.
Discord
Push uptime alerts into Discord servers via webhooks. Includes embedded message formatting with server uptime status, affected check names, and recovery duration metrics.
Bitrix24
Create Bitrix24 tasks automatically when a monitored endpoint goes down. Alerts include the failing URL, last successful response time, and a direct link to the UptimeGuard health report.
Jira
Generate Jira issues in any project with predefined issue types (Incident, Blocked, Service Degradation). Supports custom fields for endpoint URL, severity level, and mean time to recovery.
Email (SMTP)
Classic email alerts via SMTP relay or SendGrid. Configure digest reports for weekly uptime summaries sent to stakeholders at 09:00 MSK, with HTML-formatted response time charts.
Integration Categories
Organized by workflow — pick the category that matches your team's daily toolchain.
Real-Time Chat Notifications
Telegram, Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, and Viber. Each messenger integration delivers sub-30-second alert latency with configurable mention tags (@channel, @here) and threaded message grouping to avoid notification fatigue.
Supported features: custom alert templates, quiet hours, escalation chains, and inline action buttons.
Incident Ticketing
Jira, Bitrix24, YouTrack, and Trello. When a monitored endpoint fails, UptimeGuard creates a ticket with the failing check name, timestamp, last known response time, and a persistent link to the live health dashboard.
Supported features: auto-closure on recovery, custom field mapping, priority escalation, and sprint board filtering.
Pipeline & Deployment Hooks
GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, and TeamCity. Trigger post-deployment health checks directly from your pipeline configuration. UptimeGuard validates the new release endpoint against baseline response time thresholds before marking the build as successful.
Supported features: pre-check validation, rollback triggers, deployment fingerprint tagging, and environment-specific monitoring profiles.
Universal Webhook Endpoint
Not using a listed service? UptimeGuard supports raw HTTP(S) webhooks with JSON payloads for any custom receiver — internal dashboards, PagerDuty, Opsgenie, or your own alerting engine.
Every webhook payload includes the check ID, endpoint URL, status code, response time in milliseconds, timestamp in ISO 8601 format, and a correlation ID for distributed tracing. Signed requests with HMAC-SHA256 verification are available on Professional and Enterprise plans.
